COMMON FOREIGN AND SECURITY POLICY

Monckton Chambers has expertise in relation to the application of EU Common Foreign and Security Policy.  Members have acted both for and against those subjected to economic sanctions imposed by the EU.  Members have appeared before the Community Courts in relation to challenges to EU Regulations on the imposition of sanctions.
