Eric Metcalfe appointed Fellow of the Bingham Centre of the Rule of Law

Eric Metcalfe has been appointed as a Fellow of the Bingham Centre of the Rule of Law. The Centre was founded in 2010 in honour of Lord Bingham of Cornhill and aims to carry out original research, analysis and discussion of rule of law issues.
